Teton order routing is not used by APEX, so there is not an option for this. We understand the issue you are relating, but if the order was properly sent and not processed or picked up at the enter end, then there is nothing we can do about this. Unfortunately, this is a very common issue with Rithmic, which is why we believe that the issue is with Rithmic.
