Hi SC reps, The preset 10 levels of price in the DOM are messed up after the switching from SP12/MOB to SP11/CME data last night. I'm not sure if that's the reason why? I've gone thru the checking on Char>Chart Settings >Max Market Depth Levels and everything all looks correct? I just can't pinpoint the issue further. Please advise the soonest. Thank you so much. This has nothing to do with changing your package. UB is traded on the CBOT. You are only setup to get market depth data for the CME exchange, as you have the following exchanges active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts If you were getting Market Depth previously for that symbol, then the possible reasons for this would be the following: - You were connected to either Rithmic or Interactive Brokers and were getting the data from them - You were not setup for the Full CME Group previously, therefore you were getting the delayed streaming data instead of the real-time data. If you want to get the market depth for that symbol, you would need to make a change to your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, Thanks for the reply. I previously had the Full CME Level 2 non-pro with SP12 and MBO. I just recently downgraded to SP 11 n Level 1 (didn't realize Level 1 doesn't show the market depth). This morning, I just upgraded back to the Full CME Level 2 non-pro again n SP 11 still remains the same. However, it's been more than an hour, I still not see market depth reflected on DOM chart. The combination of SP11 n Full CME Group should still work, right? Reason I made the changes is MBO just didn't work for me. I shouldn't have to keep the SP 12. Please advise how long it'd take for the change to be effected again. Thanks so much. Rgds., |

The changes to the exchanges will be immediate. Maybe a minute or two. And worst case (although you really shouldn't have to do this) you can select "File >> Reconnect" to force a reconnection to the data feed and get the updated information. But, as we pointed out above, you are not setup to get level 2 data for UB. You are only setup to get level 2 data for the CME exchange and UB is traded on the CBOT. John, 1. I'm not connected to IB or any other brokers. Yes, I was connected to full CME non-pro Level 2 before. 2. The ZB/UB/ZN/TN/ZF/ZT were all connected to Level 2 before under SP12 and MBO. 3. After all the change to SP 11 and Level 1, market depth is gone. Now, as mentioned earlier, I change back to Level 2 the full CME as u mentioned. 4. Even if UB is under CBOT as u mentioned, the market depth was showing under all 6 bond markets without any issue under the SP12 and Level 2. 5. Must I go back to SP12 as well? Kindly check and advise again. |

This has nothing to do with the package. It is all about the exchanges that you have active. You have the following exchanges active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts Therefore, you are not setup to get the level 2 data for CBOT, COMEX, or NYMEX. You did have the "CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts" active in May, but it did not renew for June. This is why you were able to see the data previously. John, My bad! I have mistakenly chosen the CME non-pro market depth. It should be non-pro CBOT market depth (which just expired on 5/31/24) that should cover the 6 bond markets, right? (I'm still not that familiar with the products listed under specific exchange yet) Can you possibly switch it for me by deactivating the CME and re-activating the CBOT? Thank you. |

Ok John, So sorry for the troubles! I have all deactivated the non-pro Full CME Group and the non-pro CME Market Depth just now. After that, I re-activated the non-pro CBOT Market Dept #9. Would you re-credit the funds and re-subscribe it to #9 if possible. I have apparently subscribed to the wrong group after a while. So many details to watch out for. Thanks again! Rgds., |

Sorry, but we are not able to refund the exchanges. Those fees go to the exchanges themselves and they do not give refunds. To see what each exchange has available use the "File >> Find Symbol" window to see what is listed. Another option is to check the CME Group website at the following link: https://www.cmegroup.com/markets/products.html#sortAsc&sortField For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
