The changes to the exchanges will be immediate. Maybe a minute or two. And worst case (although you really shouldn't have to do this) you can select "File >> Reconnect" to force a reconnection to the data feed and get the updated information. But, as we pointed out above, you are not setup to get level 2 data for UB. You are only setup to get level 2 data for the CME exchange and UB is traded on the CBOT.
