This has nothing to do with changing your package. UB is traded on the CBOT. You are only setup to get market depth data for the CME exchange, as you have the following exchanges active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts - CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts If you were getting Market Depth previously for that symbol, then the possible reasons for this would be the following: - You were connected to either Rithmic or Interactive Brokers and were getting the data from them - You were not setup for the Full CME Group previously, therefore you were getting the delayed streaming data instead of the real-time data.
