In this thread we want users to report problems you are having, no matter where you are in the world even including the United States, with connectivity related related issues whether this is a lagging data, stopping data, unable to connect to Sierra Chart website. Any type of degradation of connectivity or problems to connect. We realize we may get information about other services that will not be relevant. We need this information, to understand the extent of the problem with Cogent. If you are in the United States we want to hear about issues as well posted in this thread. And then we want to hear from users again, once they begin to use our new Internet connections to see if it has resolved the problem. We have one user in India, who said they could not even log into Sierra Chart today although the problem has since cleared. Some users might be experiencing high latency and packet loss to the Sierra Chart Web server. And also DS13. We are told there is an issue in Los Angeles causing the problem. We do not know whether this is Cogent specific or not. Our voice connectivity between the US and New Zealand is also affected and the connections we are using are not Cogent.
