Hi, starting from yesterday I am experiencing a problem with the CTS RT datafeed
it's strange, it's that when it goes real time, I see price moving correctly, the DOM is ok, but the charts are not updating with it
when I stop the connection and then I restart again, the charts are refreshed and updated, but from then on it's the same situation as above
I have experienced this yesterday and today on 2 different machines and 2 different internet connections
yesterday the problem was either on CL and on ES, but today only on ES
I updated my version to 1171, but the problem remains
any idea?
the only message I have seen on the log window that as far as I understand could be related with this problem is:

I had the same problem after updating to version 1170. So I installed the previous version 1168 again and the charts work correctly in 1168.

..although I had experiencing this problem also prior the program update
let's see monday morning how it goes with ver 1168...

We are looking into this issue. We think it has to do with some changes relating to the downloading of historical Intraday data when using CTS. It will be resolved with our next release coming out today.

It must be some simple issue.

We should now have the problem of the Intraday Chart bars not always updating when using CTS T4, corrected. Update to 1173.

I have a connection problem with my demo account (CTS T4).

Following are the error messages.
Symbol is unknown.

I can't have a live acces with this.

I have this problem with SP 500 (es.20140900) and mini dow, but not with tick-nyse.

Can you help me.

The problem is the request for real-time data from the CTS system has been rejected:

Symbol Error - ES.20140900.CME_Eq is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. CTS FIX: Received market data reject: | 2014-08-11 09:41:04

But there is no reason given. Please contact your broker and make sure your CTS account is properly configured to receive real-time data for CME markets.
