The problem is the request for real-time data from the CTS system has been rejected:

Symbol Error - ES.20140900.CME_Eq is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. CTS FIX: Received market data reject: | 2014-08-11 09:41:04

But there is no reason given. Please contact your broker and make sure your CTS account is properly configured to receive real-time data for CME markets.
