Starting yesterday, Sunday 10/22 in the US, I started to see "phantom orders and fills". Along with the "Notice - An overfill UpdateOrder call has occurred.
The trading activity seems to indicate some orders are executing as sim, although all my trade settings indicate live trading.
It has occurred on the two contracts I actively trade, micro oil and micro ES.
My SC version is 2555, and I have tried updating to the latest listed version which is 2557 as of this writing, and although there are no messages, after the update and restart, I am still running 2555.
I have not restarted the computer.

As stated in the subject, I am using Teton through AMP.

The phantom orders will suddenly appear on the chart, and then sometimes disappear. Sometimes they fill.
Near the beginning of last week, I downloaded some 3rd party charts, but I am not running them.
I run 2 instances of SierraCharts.

I will send the Message Log separately but have attached some images of the trade and service logs.
The small images I attempted appear to be deleted and the upload function says I have reached the upload limit, which was 2 smaller files.

Thank you for any insight or suggestions on how to proceed. I did search the board, but could not find any recent relevant posts.

Stop using a sub instance for now. See if the problem continues.

And reconnect:

I could do that. Now that you mention it, while I have used this second instance for a very long time, I only recently in the last few weeks started adjusting orders on it instead of my main instance.
Since I hate to lose the flexibility of the second instance, would it be useful diagnostically to only enter and adjust trades on the main instance while still charting on the second?

I did the connect, reconnect, and 'refresh trade data from service' a few times before reporting my issues.

Also, should I have any concerns that my instances won't update to the latest version reported in the "What's New" section?
I am running 2555 and tried to update to 2557 as the "Download current version as part of trying to cure the issue.

We need to get from you the Trade Activity Log file for October 23, 2023 and your live trading account. Instructions:

Trade Activity Log: Providing Trade Activity Log File to Support

We need the individual file. Not the text.

This is very important for us. We need to look into why this is happening. This should not be happening under any condition.

Yes do this for now:

To update to the latest version, exit all sub instances and select Help >> Download Prerelease in the main instance only.

I sent that separately using the provided process to submit that.
I know there was a warning that it wouldn't be read, but I mentioned it in my original note above that I was sending it.
I won't be able to send it again until this evening in the US.
Just in case that helps move things along.
I did not see the behavior this morning when I am entering all the trades on the main instance.

We are not understanding how you would have sent the Trade Activity Log file. We do not have a way to do this other than what is stated in the instructions at the following link:
Trade Activity Log: Providing Trade Activity Log File to Support

And we are not seeing any email or other tickets that contain this file. Be sure to attach the file to this thread by following the instructions given in the link above along with the following for how to attach a file to a support board posting:

Yes, my misunderstanding of the function of the menu item on the Windows Message log titled: "Send for Analysis". I see my error.
I mostly saw the issue on 10/22/2023 and then at least once on 10/23/2023, so I am attaching both.
