Starting yesterday, Sunday 10/22 in the US, I started to see "phantom orders and fills". Along with the "Notice - An overfill UpdateOrder call has occurred. The trading activity seems to indicate some orders are executing as sim, although all my trade settings indicate live trading. It has occurred on the two contracts I actively trade, micro oil and micro ES. My SC version is 2555, and I have tried updating to the latest listed version which is 2557 as of this writing, and although there are no messages, after the update and restart, I am still running 2555. I have not restarted the computer. As stated in the subject, I am using Teton through AMP. The phantom orders will suddenly appear on the chart, and then sometimes disappear. Sometimes they fill. Near the beginning of last week, I downloaded some 3rd party charts, but I am not running them. I run 2 instances of SierraCharts. I will send the Message Log separately but have attached some images of the trade and service logs. The small images I attempted appear to be deleted and the upload function says I have reached the upload limit, which was 2 smaller files. Thank you for any insight or suggestions on how to proceed. I did search the board, but could not find any recent relevant posts. |
