You are not connected to an external service, so you are not getting data from them.

Also, you are not setup to get real-time data from our Denali data feed. You show an image showing the first two steps complete for the NASDAQ TotalView data, but the third item - activating the exchange - also needs to be completed.

In addition, you show a chart for the ES, which would require that you activate the CME Group data. But keep in mind that in order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data?

Do you have a futures trading account and if so, through what broker?

ES requires CME group data or can it be used with CME only activated? I've activated CME only and yes live account with AMP futures.

We see that you have activated the exchange for the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessional trading accounts. This contains all the instruments that are traded on the CME exchange (not the CME Group), which includes the ES.

You have not yet connected your Sierra Chart to your trading account to verify the account in order to qualify as a non-professional for the CME Group. You should be setup with CQG through AMP - if you are, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

If you are going to stay connected to your CQG account, then you will want to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to what is needed for CQG.

Otherwise, if you are not going to stay connected to CQG, then follow the instructions at the following link for how to connect to your account at least once a month to verify it for the CME Group non-professional rules:

Thank you for clarifying how to connect live account - things are good now.

As far as monthly data goes for ES only you are saying that -

Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts

has to be purchased each month to see ES live data?

and then what benefit would -

CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts

have on its own?

If you just need the data for the ES (or other instruments traded on the CME exchange) then you would want the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange active.

If you want data from all 4 of the exchanges that make up the CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX), then you would want the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange active and you would then deactivate the one above.

Yes your existing Service Package 3 usage time is just converted to package 10. You are not paying for both.
