You are not connected to an external service, so you are not getting data from them. Also, you are not setup to get real-time data from our Denali data feed. You show an image showing the first two steps complete for the NASDAQ TotalView data, but the third item - activating the exchange - also needs to be completed. In addition, you show a chart for the ES, which would require that you activate the CME Group data. But keep in mind that in order to get real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rate, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software.
