If you just need the data for the ES (or other instruments traded on the CME exchange) then you would want the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange active. If you want data from all 4 of the exchanges that make up the CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX), then you would want the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange active and you would then deactivate the one above.
