We see that you have activated the exchange for the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessional trading accounts. This contains all the instruments that are traded on the CME exchange (not the CME Group), which includes the ES. You have not yet connected your Sierra Chart to your trading account to verify the account in order to qualify as a non-professional for the CME Group. You should be setup with CQG through AMP - if you are, then follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you are going to stay connected to your CQG account, then you will want to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to change your symbols to what is needed for CQG.
