after changing to Denali charts are not displaying accurate data

Its taking forever to load these new symbols one by one on the chart as opposed to what I already had stored on my computer 3. A lot of these symbols like UBER,QQQ,BBBY-NQTV just to name a few are not loading on my intraday charts, just a few candles are loading 4. Is there a was to remove old files that contain my old historical data from my hard drive and just keeping the new files from the new data feed? where would the old files be located? All my charts are messed up now, I cant trade anymore. Is there a way to get phone support to expedite the process of fixing the charts after the change. I will pay for the phone support!! We see 79 USD of credit on your account and your account will renew as explained here: Your usage time will automatically renew in 1 day (2022-04-02). Use Renew Now to manually extend the usage time on your account for the number of selected months and Service Package and have the amount deducted from the Service Balance. However, there is not a need to do this because this will happen automatically on 2022-04-02.

can you please also take the time to respond to my technical questions listed above. my charts are not displaying accurate data since moving to Denali, data on the interday chart seems to be missing and does not go back in time far enough!! can i move back to the old data feed? can i get help via phone? i cannot trade with my chars like this and would like to resolve this promptly. Yes, you need to do this to differentiate this data from the NASDAQ TotalView as opposed to our older U.S. Equities that we get from Barchart.2. Its taking forever to load these new symbols one by one on the chart as opposed to what I already had stored on my computer
Once you get the initial download done, it will speed up from there. But you are getting all new data for each symbol. 3. A lot of these symbols like UBER,QQQ,BBBY-NQTV just to name a few are not loading on my intraday charts, just a few candles are loading
You should have as much data as you are requesting. Make sure you have the '-NQTV' for all the symbols (you listed UBER, QQQ, without the -NQTV, but you did show it after BBBY, so we need to make sure that you are using the correct symbols).Also, refer to the following to download more data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Instructions to Download/View More Historical Intraday Data 4. my charts have been set up and have been working exactly as they should with no issues involving downloading more data. I only noticed the issues with inaccurate data since moving over to Denali just this morning. Yes, there is "-NQTV" after every ticker name. once again, can i please get phone support? I will pay for it!!! it is more efficient to just remote into my system and find out what the problem is. Thank you for your time!! if possible kindly help me resolve this before Monday. I don't have working charts since this morning.

There will definitely be a difference in the volume data. The first thing is can you just provide an image of one of the charts with an issue following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#PostingAnImage And first, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Please check your Session Times for the -NQTV chart. Make sure it is set to cover the full 24 hours. Are you guys available to remote in Monday 4/11/2022 between 12:00 and 1:00 EST? If yes, let me know what is the process. I've managed to download all -NQTV symbols, remove the old symbols but could not connect to service Friday morning and had to change service package to 12 in order for the data to download and start flowing in again.
