Are you guys available to remote in Monday 4/11/2022 between 12:00 and 1:00 EST? If yes, let me know what is the process. I've managed to download all -NQTV symbols, remove the old symbols but could not connect to service Friday morning and had to change service package to 12 in order for the data to download and start flowing in again.
