Dear Sirs,

I have the automated ROLLOVER active but when I started my Sierra today I can not see any contract. A weird error appears (please check pictures attached "Download failed. Result = 103. Num Quotes = 0" ). Till last month everything was working fine. It seems there is some problem with Rollover to the January/March contracts.
Can you please provide a solution?
I check and AMP balance is correct, my Sierra chart subscription is also correct and Data feed is Green. I don't know what else to do or where the problem is. As you can see in the pictures the error appears in all 3 assets I trade CL, GD and ES

I found few threads with similar problems and they have problem with Data Feed, but my Data Feed was ok, I was using last month (November) with Dezember contract without problem, the Rollover to the new contracts is not working.

Thank you in advance
Kind regards
David

The reason why you are getting those messages is because the exchange you had activated for the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not automatically renew on December 1, 2021. And since you are not setup to get the data from CQG, you are getting those error messages.

To fix this, just activate the exchanges you want at the following link:

Quite honestly, we have no idea why you were not getting these messages starting on December 1, 2021. You really should have been.

if you review my ticket 1635853867614 opened in October/November I couldn't use the serivces of Denali, that is why Sierra made a refund to my account. And I have to make the CQG login through AMP Futures.
It worked fine and now, something change on your end because now you tell me I should connect to Denali.... which I can't, your colleagues told me I can not even after I paid for.

So can you please do, the same your colleagues did before so everything is working on my end, or otherwise tell me exactly what I have to do. But I did not change anything since last month therefore should be working as it was working before 1st December.

Thanks.

The first thing you need to do is to let your broker know that you are no longer getting access to the data. Let them know the error message you are getting. That error is from CQG and indicates you are not setup to get data from CQG for some reason.

Second, you are on Package 11, which is why we assumed you were wanting to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do not need to be on Package 11 if you are connecting to CQG. You can change your Package to Package 5 at any time.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.
