Dear Sirs, I have the automated ROLLOVER active but when I started my Sierra today I can not see any contract. A weird error appears (please check pictures attached "Download failed. Result = 103. Num Quotes = 0" ). Till last month everything was working fine. It seems there is some problem with Rollover to the January/March contracts. Can you please provide a solution? I check and AMP balance is correct, my Sierra chart subscription is also correct and Data feed is Green. I don't know what else to do or where the problem is. As you can see in the pictures the error appears in all 3 assets I trade CL, GD and ES I found few threads with similar problems and they have problem with Data Feed, but my Data Feed was ok, I was using last month (November) with Dezember contract without problem, the Rollover to the new contracts is not working.
