Hello, i have transAct broker but i paid for Denali data from you. They told me i must concact you because i get error message after login. I need change from data/trade service settings on current service from transAct to Denali but i cant find it... Thank you |

We do not know why they told you to contact us, that error is from their system. No, that is not correct. Setting your service to SC Data - All Services means that you are not connected to your TransAct account for trading. What you need to do is to set your service back to TransAct and then there is some kind of Opt-In option you need to go through with TransAct to let them know that you are using Sierra Chart. You really need to work with TransAct on this, it is not something we can help you with, as it is their process. You mean this picture. I have opt in to sierra charts direct and Transact they know it i told them. Because i dont need to pay anything to transact because i charge direct to sierra. If i choose New AT Charts i must pay them for they data. And they know it. This is they told me... ***The User attached to your account MxXx987 is approved for Sierra Connection. If that is not working to receive data then you may be sending them the wrong username. Have Sierra Reach out to us if they believe it to be an issue here.*** |

Yes, that is what we were referring to in terms of opting into Sierra Chart with TransAct. Therefore, when you are connected to TransAct from within Sierra Chart, you should no longer be getting the error that you showed in the first post. If you are still getting that error in Sierra Chart and you have been properly opted-in by TransAct, then that means that your TransAct Password that is entered on the Data/Trade Service Settings must not be correct. Double check your password to ensure it is entered properly. If you continue to have the same error, then we recommend changing your password with TransAct in order to get everything "synced" up in terms of the password and hopefully resolving the issue you are seeing. But i dont change nothing. I only do screenshot for you. This doesnt help to me. Before this happened i have opt in New At Charts also with Sierra Charts Direct and i dont have problem. Because i didnt notice :) And pay them for nothing... For sure if now i opt in New At Charts everything will be okay:D |

Regardless of everything else, we need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to your TransAct account in order to allow you to continue to get the Denali Data for the CME Group. Therefore, the first thing we want to do is to change your Data/Trade Service Settings to how they need to be when you are connected to TransAct. In other words, make sure the Current Selected Service is set to TransAct WS and the rest of the information for that selection is filled in properly. Then let us know if you are able to connect to TransAct or if you get the message "Connection Error Message From Service: TransAct WS | Account Logon Error: -1(-1)". Finally look a like problem solved :) All i did was i reinstall InfinityAT app which is for starting up before sierrachart Thank you for patient for sure more a like TransAct :) |
