No, that is not correct. Setting your service to SC Data - All Services means that you are not connected to your TransAct account for trading. What you need to do is to set your service back to TransAct and then there is some kind of Opt-In option you need to go through with TransAct to let them know that you are using Sierra Chart. You really need to work with TransAct on this, it is not something we can help you with, as it is their process.
