Regardless of everything else, we need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to your TransAct account in order to allow you to continue to get the Denali Data for the CME Group. Therefore, the first thing we want to do is to change your Data/Trade Service Settings to how they need to be when you are connected to TransAct. In other words, make sure the Current Selected Service is set to TransAct WS and the rest of the information for that selection is filled in properly. Then let us know if you are able to connect to TransAct or if you get the message "Connection Error Message From Service: TransAct WS | Account Logon Error: -1(-1)".
