Yes, that is what we were referring to in terms of opting into Sierra Chart with TransAct.

Therefore, when you are connected to TransAct from within Sierra Chart, you should no longer be getting the error that you showed in the first post.

If you are still getting that error in Sierra Chart and you have been properly opted-in by TransAct, then that means that your TransAct Password that is entered on the Data/Trade Service Settings must not be correct. Double check your password to ensure it is entered properly. If you continue to have the same error, then we recommend changing your password with TransAct in order to get everything "synced" up in terms of the password and hopefully resolving the issue you are seeing.
