Hi, I do have problems regarding the account I open with OneUp for evaluation. On Sierra Chart I can see the account balance but when I try to trade it is impossible to get filled. In Resumé I can place my order on the DOM, however nothing happen. It seems the orders are ignored.

Thanks for any help to resolve this problem

First, make sure you are on the current release of software to ensure you have any/all changes that may have occurred. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link:

Second, make sure you are fully setup and connected to the correct server for your OneUp account. Refer to the Rithmic setup instructions at the following link (you will need to check the server setting with OneUp):

And finally, if you are still having a problem placing a trade from Sierra Chart to OneUp, then open your Trade Service Log after you place the trade and copy the information from that log to this thread so we can see what errors you are getting. Refer to the following:

Did you try to place a trade during the time from which the Service Log above is from? We are not seeing any errors related to a trade.

Also, check your Trade Window and ensure the Account is correct. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Hi, no I didn't.

I stop after the last try when orders were taken.

I will try again on Monday because I can see some changes on the Current Selected Service List with Rithmic.

Come back to you if I can take any trades on Monday.

Based upon what we see in post #6, the Rithmic server is not responding to an order you have submitted. We want to get more details about this so we can submit to Rithmic. Follow the instructions here to get us the lines from the Trade Activity Log for that order:

Regarding post #7, is this with an actual live trading account or with a service like this One up trader? There are other supported Trading services you can use instead of Rithmic:

We have an answer from Rithmic. We really needed the Trade Activity Log data in order to clearly identify the problem but we know what the issue is.

Your account identifier is longer than 31 characters. It needs to be shortened to no more than 31. Contact your account provider and have them resolve this.
