First, make sure you are on the current release of software to ensure you have any/all changes that may have occurred. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link: Software Download: Fast Update Second, make sure you are fully setup and connected to the correct server for your OneUp account. Refer to the Rithmic setup instructions at the following link (you will need to check the server setting with OneUp): Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions And finally, if you are still having a problem placing a trade from Sierra Chart to OneUp, then open your Trade Service Log after you place the trade and copy the information from that log to this thread so we can see what errors you are getting.
