Hello, I started my SC platform today and I am unable to connect. I use your Denali datafeed, clearing via Rithmic and the platform refuses to connect, I am not sure where the problem is, the data do not stream and the log includes the error code 10053 and 10061. Could you please help? Thank you. One more thing to add, delayed data stopped showing as well. The platform datafeed is completely dead. Could you help? Thank you. |

We see that you are setup to use the old Rithmic connection. It is possible that it is no longer being supported by Rithmic. Certainly, we will be ending support for it soon, so you should change to the new interface anyway. Unfortunately, when I tried it, I got a message saying "Premission denied" when I try the instruction for the new connection Rithmic Direct DTC. Also I not sure about all the passwords. I have only one for my account, I do not have any datafeed from Rithmic so naturally I have no passwords for that. Could you please advice? Thank you. Regards, H |

However, previously, I had 15 days of historical tick data from your denali datafeed for my Market Depth study and now I do not have it. As long as you are referring to the EUREX data, which you get from us, then nothing should have changed. Ensure that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. Also, make sure you go through the instructions to get the historical market depth data to ensure that everything is setup properly. It should not have changed, but best to check the basics first. You will find the information here: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Also, the message at the start about your denali data for Eurex started to appear again.

Thank you. Yes, that is set to Yes, that has not changed. However, as you see from the screenshot, Market Depth does not show any data before the time I switched shown by the Chart Values Tool (crosshair). One thing that comes to my mind is the Contract Symbol, which caused the issue I had in the morning. The Symbol looks different. It is FGBL1221-EUREX for Rithmic Trading connection but FGBL1221.EUREX for Rithmic Direct DTC. Can that be the reason for denali datafeed to not recognize it and load the history? Thanks. H. It does not have anything to do with the symbol. The first thing that needs to be understood is whether there really is not any Market Depth Historical Data showing in that area, or if it is just at such a low level that the coloring is the same (or similar) to the background. Please display the quantity numbers with the Market Depth Historical Graph and see if there is data in that area or not. With regards to the Market Depth data, we are not sure whether you are still having an issue or not. Let us know where things stand. As to the message about the EUREX data, that is something that may come up now and again, but it does not have anything to do with your setup. Those messages will come up whenever there is something new that has been added. Chart tool drawings and some chart studies may not function properly. Prior Date Time: 2021-08-30 11:22:30. Next Bar Date Time: 2021-08-30 09:22:30. Filename: FGBL1221-EUREX.scid | 2021-09-13 07:42:07.172 I am not sure if you can deduce anything useful from that but unfortunately, the "Combine Trades into Original Summary Trade" option still does not work properly for me. We intend to be looking at this, this week. This is very involved analysis and debugging. And it would seem as though there is something not right on the EUREX side regarding this.

Hello, Any news on the solution you mentioned? I am asking because I have some more concerns about the way, the data get skewed due to the problems described above. Please find attached a screenshot of unfiltred and filtred numbers bars next to each other. The part on the left is unfiltered, the part on the right is filtered to show trades greater than 249. As you can see, the unfiltered part shows smaller number of contracts traded compared to the filtered part. And as in the issue above, the unfiltered numbers bars do not combine trades into original summary trade, while the filtered numbers bars combine them. Thank you for looking into it. Regards, H.
