However, previously, I had 15 days of historical tick data from your denali datafeed for my Market Depth study and now I do not have it.

As long as you are referring to the EUREX data, which you get from us, then nothing should have changed.

Ensure that the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

Also, make sure you go through the instructions to get the historical market depth data to ensure that everything is setup properly. It should not have changed, but best to check the basics first. You will find the information here:

Also, the message at the start about your denali data for Eurex started to appear again.
