We see that you are setup to use the old Rithmic connection. It is possible that it is no longer being supported by Rithmic. Certainly, we will be ending support for it soon, so you should change to the new interface anyway. To do this, go through these Setup Instructions:

After that is all setup, let us know if you are continuing to have issues.
