I can see the order on my chart , but I cant change it and it wont trigger. And I cant see it in IB platform. did not change anything from before. |

very bizzare , I can trade SKLZ - BBIG - but not GBS the bug is not on every ticker. |

It sounds like you are missing an order fill for that symbol within your Sierra Chart software. It is very odd, Only GBS does not work... and that is on any of my chartlink in any instance. My order fills are blanks and load current day only Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-09-01 14:53:39

What is Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date-Time set to?

What exactly happens when you try to trade that symbol? Do you get an error? Look in Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if it states anything. We would need to know exactly what it states. Or, what exactly is occurring. Our initial impression was that you had a missing fill in Sierra Chart, in which case, when you place another order, Sierra Chart is seeing it as an offset to a previous position, whereas it is an initial order in IB. If there is something else going on, then we need to understand the specifics. Ok , I check and I found an error that only happen to GBS on any instance. ( i got 12 ) Just realize I have an error code and I tought it was it , but I try to redownload or to trade on another Symblo and it work. I paste the message log in a text file and did a print of my Trade service. So basicly , I try to Trade with my keyboard shortcut on GBS - ( all limit shortcut ) and the trade is just not going to the IB platform. I see the buy line or sell line on my SC platform , but I dont see anything in my activity monitor of IB and I cannot edit the Buy/Sell line from SC. And when I cancel the order , I dont have have the Voice clue from IB. ( order CANCEL ) If you need anything else , Just ask me ! ( I will add everything you ask or need tomorrow ! ) And its the first time I am aware of this error that happen in the message log ( might have been there for a while , I dont look at that often ) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-09-01 21:42:57

We cannot help with Interactive Brokers trading issues. There are more than enough warnings given here: Interactive Brokers Trading Service We definitely cannot provide any help with this at all. This has no relevancy to the issue and also positions are provided by Interactive Brokers. Missing order fills would only impact the order fill calculated position which is not relevant here and would be unlikely to be used and not necessary: Our initial impression was that you had a missing fill in Sierra Chart, in which case, when you place another order, Sierra Chart is seeing it as an offset to a previous position, whereas it is an initial order in IB.
These errors are very unusual and not sure why they are occurring repetitively: File compression not supported on file system.
