We cannot help with Interactive Brokers trading issues. There are more than enough warnings given here:

We definitely cannot provide any help with this at all.

This has no relevancy to the issue and also positions are provided by Interactive Brokers. Missing order fills would only impact the order fill calculated position which is not relevant here and would be unlikely to be used and not necessary:
Our initial impression was that you had a missing fill in Sierra Chart, in which case, when you place another order, Sierra Chart is seeing it as an offset to a previous position, whereas it is an initial order in IB.

These errors are very unusual and not sure why they are occurring repetitively:
