What exactly happens when you try to trade that symbol? Do you get an error? Look in Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if it states anything. We would need to know exactly what it states. Or, what exactly is occurring. Our initial impression was that you had a missing fill in Sierra Chart, in which case, when you place another order, Sierra Chart is seeing it as an offset to a previous position, whereas it is an initial order in IB. If there is something else going on, then we need to understand the specifics.
