Depth data not downloading on chartbooks

Depth data is not downloading on my chartbooks and continues to be a problem. GC chart depth data is not opening today. At times if I have one chartbook open with depth data working, then I open the chartbook that previously did not download any depth, it will then download the depth and work. I have no idea why this is happening. It's been ongoing. Please advise asap as it a major problem.

The first thing we want to point out is that you are only signed up to get Real-Time data with the Market Depth for the CME and COMEX exchanges. So if you are looking at a symbol that trades on another exchange, then that would be why you are not getting the data. But, with regards to Gold (GC) you should be getting the data, as that is on the COMEX. The depth data issue is two-fold: 1. Some chartbooks load the depth data and others do not. 2. A chartbook that is opened on its own does not load the depth data. However, if I open another chartbook that loads the depth data and keep it open, and then I open the same chartbook that previously did not load the depth data, that chartbook will now load the depth data. Please advise. Using GC and ES symbols |

Open a Chartbook that does not load the depth data. Then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Once you have everything setup, then if you are not getting the historical data automatically, then use that option to force the download.
