The first thing we want to point out is that you are only signed up to get Real-Time data with the Market Depth for the CME and COMEX exchanges. So if you are looking at a symbol that trades on another exchange, then that would be why you are not getting the data. But, with regards to Gold (GC) you should be getting the data, as that is on the COMEX.
