Restarted Sierra and there's NO tick data for time(s) prior to restart

I am new to the charting world, and by no means a pro at any of this. I restarted my computer and had shut down Sierra in order to do so. When I reopened the system, it took an incredibly long time to download historical data. However, when it was all finally open, the time frame that is visible (and accessible) starts at the time of my reboot. I can't seem to access any of the historical data. I have tried to adjust the date range in file (chart settings), but it constantly reverts to today's date (03/24/2021). I don't believe that I've made any changes anywhere. It simply will not give me more tick data. Did I mess something up? Is there a setting I've incorrectly adjusted or potentially didn't save? Thanks in advance |

You say the "Date Range in File" reverts to today. Are you trying to change the "From" entry (you can not change the "To" setting)? What is the symbol for the chart? I don't believe that there is anything special about my internet provider. It is my assumption that nothing has changed in the past 48 hours. Previously, it was grabbing all historical data and I was able to create very efficient charts. Now, with the lack of back data, I'm unable to really use OR trust my long term Moving Averages. Is there a way a pull data from my TT SIM account instead of the SC data in order to grab some of the older tick charts? In the Data/Trade Service Settings, it is NOT an available option, not sure if there's a way to pull it in. I've attached an image to show where I tried to connect the TT SIM data. Is there a way to possibly reboot historical data? I don't think I have a firewall, but I have a virus scanner, doesn't that matter? |

One additionally thing that I've noticed is that my count down tick counter is stuck @ 0. Even when a new candle populates, it stays at zero. Thanks |

We recommend trying port 80 as explained here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Using Port 80 You need to use our data feed.
