I am new to the charting world, and by no means a pro at any of this. I restarted my computer and had shut down Sierra in order to do so. When I reopened the system, it took an incredibly long time to download historical data. However, when it was all finally open, the time frame that is visible (and accessible) starts at the time of my reboot. I can't seem to access any of the historical data. I have tried to adjust the date range in file (chart settings), but it constantly reverts to today's date (03/24/2021). I don't believe that I've made any changes anywhere. It simply will not give me more tick data. Did I mess something up? Is there a setting I've incorrectly adjusted or potentially didn't save? Thanks in advance |
