I don't believe that there is anything special about my internet provider. It is my assumption that nothing has changed in the past 48 hours. Previously, it was grabbing all historical data and I was able to create very efficient charts. Now, with the lack of back data, I'm unable to really use OR trust my long term Moving Averages. Is there a way a pull data from my TT SIM account instead of the SC data in order to grab some of the older tick charts? In the Data/Trade Service Settings, it is NOT an available option, not sure if there's a way to pull it in. I've attached an image to show where I tried to connect the TT SIM data. Is there a way to possibly reboot historical data? I don't think I have a firewall, but I have a virus scanner, doesn't that matter? |
