Why does the VxP chart show the same bid size X ask size for a few price levels in a row

SC and anyone else who may know: Why does the VxP chart show the same Bid Size x Ask Size for a few price levels in a row, from time to time? I have seen this for many different symbols and intermittently though out a trading day. For example: 2 x 15 2 x 15 2 x 15 2 x 15 2 x 15 2 x 15 2 x 15 I have attached a copy of the SC that I am speaking about below. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1525741351811.png Thanks in advance. I have done the steps listed in your post above...ie. make sure to set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Tick and allow the support for SC data feed. Those were set already and I still get the results listed above in my original question. I am using Rithmic to feed SC, so that should be tick by tick data. I thought Rithmic sent tick for tick data? What does this mean..... Streaming Real-Time Data: Yes. Does that mean that streaming real time data is tick for tick; and, only the historical data is on a 1 second basis for service package 3? The below is from your website.... Is this because I need to have the service package 5 to get real time tick for tick historical data when i load up a chart that hasn't been streaming already and building slowly but instead pulling data from the historical database?
