I thought Rithmic sent tick for tick data? What does this mean..... Streaming Real-Time Data: Yes. Does that mean that streaming real time data is tick for tick; and, only the historical data is on a 1 second basis for service package 3? The below is from your website.... From your webpage --- Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages It sounds like package 3 has everything except what you list in package 5 and package 5 makes no mention of tick for tick not being included in package 3? Please explain? Also, i just now loaded up SC on a second computer that was getting the quotes in real time but pulling it from historical data and sure enough the data shows completely different sizes on the VxP chart at the same time and the same price. Is this because I need to have the service package 5 to get real time tick for tick historical data when i load up a chart that hasn't been streaming already and building slowly but instead pulling data from the historical database? Let me know if I am understanding correctly. I have no need for TPO or Number Bars charts. Also, let me guess....if i sign up now for Service Package 5, i will need to edit the prior charts since they don't seem to be on a tick by tick basis? Is that correct also? I just updated to service package 5 and I received the following message.... -Notice: Your Services Balance of 0.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 33 USD. You can activate and deactivate the Service Package on your account. (Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2018-05-25). You will need to make a payment of 33 USD. - If your custom studies are no longer displaying and you are using the 64-bit version, then refer to Custom Studies Not Displaying on Chart. ========================================================= You posted the following.... There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
