Does that mean that streaming real time data is tick for tick; and, only the historical data is on a 1 second basis for service package 3? Is this because I need to have the service package 5 to get real time tick for tick historical data when i load up a chart that hasn't been streaming already and building slowly but instead pulling data from the historical database?
