I have done the steps listed in your post above...ie. make sure to set the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Tick and allow the support for SC data feed. Those were set already and I still get the results listed above in my original question. I am using Rithmic to feed SC, so that should be tick by tick data.
