Hi Support paid one payment few days ago of £27 , now when I try to renew its asking for $22 . Paid that and still won't renew. This not a very transparent system I should be able to view a list of past payments, very confusing. Matt PS going to shut down and restart to see if that works. |

Both of those were processed and added to your Services Balance. Your account is set to renew the service package every month. So when you add credit, it does not immediately result in a usage time extension. This will happen just before the usage time expires. We will check on the timing of this though. Hi I have contacted accounts Ticket ID 1642250608564 about a refund for mistaken over payment of $500 for chart fees, but nobody has acknowledged my request yet. Have you got staffing problems because of Covid or something. I need the money back asap for cash flow reasons. |

This payment was made through Stripe and they will not refund the transaction fees. So we have to deduct that. So we will refund you 480USD.
