The one thing we can state for certain is that the Trade Activity Log is in Currency and the Trade Window is in Points. agreed but 5.26 in points on the es is only $263.. I had 2 trades 1. the first i lost 5 points which is $-250 not including commissions 2. The 2nd i made 12 points which is $600 not including commissions Net i made 7 points which is $350 not including commission ES round turn commissions are $4.36 times 2 trades eqauls $8.72 therefore I made $341.28 so the total points minus commissions should be 6.8256 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-02-25 23:09:23

also on my second computer for some reason i cannot get the orders on that topstep account to show in the charts...even though i have trade chart on and show orders

Were the orders placed from that computer? If the orders were placed from a different computer, then the orders may not show up, as they are only held with Rithmic for a certain period of time and if they do not have the information any longer, then the information simply is not there to be downloaded.

yes the orders were placed from that pc (lets call it pc#2) and now i froze on that pc re-started the pc and now there are now trade fills in the trade log...if i look at the account number on pc #1 i can see the orders in that account

One of the things we are confused about, is that you cannot have more than one Sierra Chart instance connected to a single Rithmic account at the same time. So if you have PC#1 and PC#2 both connecting to the same account, then only one of them will actually be able to connect.

You are setup to get our Denali Exchange Data Feed to two different computers at the same time. This is not an issue. The issue we are referencing is in relation to Rithmic. You cannot have more than one connection to a single Rithmic account. Are you trying to connect to the same Rithmic account from two different computers? With regards to the payment, you need to have $98.00 in your account prior to March 1, 2025. This is due to both the exchange fees ($52.00) and the Package fee ($46.00) are both due on March 1, 2025. i have 2 topstep accounts and want to keep them on 2 seperate pcs as there are 2 seperate strategies...one includes micros and the other minis..i am trading one on PC#1 and the other on pc#2

Ok, now that we understand the setup, then the first thing keep in mind is that orders from one Rithmic account will NOT be available to another Rithmic account. So if you place an order on PC#1, you will not be able to see that order on PC#2. With regards to the alerts, there must be something else occurring for this. It is not possible for the alerts to be shared between the systems. ok so here is what is happening...i place an order on pc#2 - I can on dom on pc #2....but I cannot see the order on a chart (yes i have chart trade on and show orders and posisiton) ... nor can i see the order or the fills in the trade log on pc#2 if i pull up the trade log on pc#1, where i did not place the order, i can see it... attached please fiond a picture of pc#1 trade log...the S1feb account was not traded on this pc..pc#1 Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-02-26 20:15:48

Are these computers sharing drives of any sort? Is your Sierra Chart software installed separately on the two computers? Is there any of sharing of the Sierra Chart folders between the systems?

no shared drive...no server...yes seperate installs...nothiing is shared at all...thats why i am confused...i am definitley getting notification sounds for pc2 on pc1 too

Let's start with the simple stuff. On both computers select "General Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings" and look at the "Trading Username" that you have entered. Make sure this is different for the two systems. If they are the same, then this would explain why you are getting information between the systems. Make sure you update whichever system is supposed to be different. If the above is not the case, then on "PC#1" where you showed the image in Post #65 that had trades for the account named "S1Feb1310758157". Open a Trade Window for a chart (Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart) if you do not already have one open (the chart does not matter). On the Trade Window is a pulldown menu that lists the available Trading Accounts. Please check the list of available trading accounts and see if that account is listed there. If it is, then check with TopStep and/or Rithmic and see if that account should be part of that account. Check with them about the Rithmic credentials you are using on PC#2 to ensure that it is supposed to have access to that trading account. Make sure there is not some odd crossover occurring on the Rithmic side (we have never heard of this, but this is an odd occurrence). So Topstep only provides one username but you can have multiple accounts...therefore yes the usernames are the same...I dont care that i can see both orders on pc#1 but my question is why I cant see the orders/fills on the trade log in PC#2 furthermore I still dont understand why the OCO orders will show on the dom on PC#2 but not on a chart on pc#2.

So you are connecting to the same Rithmic account from both computers. We are surprised this is working, as typically Rithmic does not allow for multiple connections. Please get us the Message Log from PC#2 by following these instructions exactly: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

John, I just saww the notice about my account...i actually took a couple of trades in my sieerra charts in my topstep accounts...the data is currenlty live...I assume it ends tonight...I called edge clear and am waiting to hear from them to re-open my account and send them the $100....is there a way to get an extension on this? |

You must be referring to the "Verified Until" date for your account for the Non-Professional standing for your account. This date is currently showing as "2025-03-05", so yes, it will end today. If you do not connect to your "live, funded, futures trading account" before tomorrow, you will stop getting the real-time data for the CME exchange that you have active. There is not a way to get an extension on this. You need to connect to your live account. You must have had one active last month that you connected to. Do you not still have that same account? If you are referring to what you paid to us, then no. The data is good for one month. You may lose a day (maybe two) depending on how long it takes for your broker to get the account re-opened, but once it is and once you make the connection, you will continue to get the real-time data again for the CME Group.
