So you are connecting to the same Rithmic account from both computers. We are surprised this is working, as typically Rithmic does not allow for multiple connections.

Please get us the Message Log from PC#2 by following these instructions exactly:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
