It has been years since we have had to do a patch operation like this on EUREX data. The missing historical data has been patched. If there is any missing data for a particular contract let us know which one. If there any issues with the data let us know. But we were only able to patch it with 1 minute Data. Not tick by tick data. My historical Daily chart looks ok but my intraday data is non existent. see attach tpo. edit: I can't figure out why my attach doesn't load but i'm in a trade now. will fuss with this later

It is too hard for us to look at that image. It is not clear. Open a new chart for that symbol, and then do the following: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". I get prices for yesterday but volume data is missing. See footprint chart attached it just shows zeros everywhere and the cumulative delta for the session yesterday is also just flat. I did what you said above opened new charts reload the data deleted it volume does not show up. But as you can see a volume profile is drawn. Further on my TPO and Volume chart I also see the volume but I cannot get volume data in the cumulative volume study nor in the Footprint. Sierra_Chart : The footprint chart is missing all the historical data for 29th as @User291728 said. Are you saying you would be completing that over this weekend, or you can't patch that at all ? Only can do 1 min data ?

We verified that the two servers that serve historical EUREX data have the full tick by tick data for FDAX. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=170156599628.png You can see by looking at the bid volume and ask volume, the fact that it exists for November 29 shows that there is tick by tick data. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" (select this from the main menu, not by right clicking on the chart). You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. You only need to re-download the data for the December 2023 contract.
