The IBX exterior doors have been secured and humidity levels are normalizing. The missing CME Group data has now been fully patched. However we realize, that the historical market depth data has not been patched. This is a much more involved operation which can only be done over the weekend. Further trouble but at the moment, not critical: New update on Incident INC0025932: Equinix IBX Site Staff reports that a chiller has failed, and the site has lost redundancy. Four chillers remain stable and are able to maintain temperature and humidity SLA. Colocation temperatures and humidity remain within SLA. The OEM vendor continues to perform repairs on the 5th and 6th chiller. IBX Critical Facility Engineers will continue to monitor the chiller plant and the IBX colocation temperatures for stability. The next update will occur after repairs have been made to the fifth and sixth chiller or if a significant change to the situation occurs.
