New update on Incident INC0025932: Equinix IBX site staff reports that five chillers remain stable and colocation temperatures remain within SLA. Equinix IBX Staff will remain in continuous communication throughout the night to urgently respond to any issue that may arise. The chillers will remain protected from outside elements via coverings and heaters with enough propane for the next 48 hours with a vendor available to refuel if needed. The IBX exterior doors have been secured and humidity levels are normalizing. IBX Critical Facility Engineers will continue to monitor the chiller plant and the IBX colocation temperatures for stability.

The next update will be sent when the vendor arrives on site with the repair parts or a significant change to the situation occurs.
