Since you are on Package 11, you are allowed to run Sierra Chart on up to 3 different computers at the same time with the same account. There is nothing special you need to do, you just install and run the Sierra Chart on that other system. The one thing you need to be aware of is that the data does not work the same way. In order to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed to two systems at the same time, you need to pay a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The exchanges that you had active for the Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew on January 1, 2025 due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. You can reactivate the CME Group exchange that you had active at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You added $13.00 on January 2, 2025 which gave you enough funds to pay for Package 11 for 1 month ($46.00). But the exchange was already deactivated, and you do not have enough funds to re-activate it. You need to add $26.00 to your account in order to activate the same exchange you had previously. The reason this is $26.00 is that the base cost of the exchange is $13.00, but you have "2 Systems" selected, which doubles your exchange fees to $26.00. You may be seeing $13.00, which is the base fee and not the total you actually need. This would be something we would need to look into as to why you are not being given the total. You can view the transactions for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

As you can see in the Transaction Log, you renewed the exchange on December 1, 2025 for $12.50, leaving you with a balance of $29.25. From there, the following occurred: - December 23, 2024: Selected 2 systems for the exchanges, which required that a second exchange fee be paid in the amount of $12.50. Account Balance: $16.75 - December 23, 2024: Added $17.00 to your account. Account Balance: $33.75 - December 23, 2024: Used Emergency Activation to extend usage time to December 28, 2024 - December 28, 2024: System set to "expired" state. (not reflected in log) - January 1, 2025: Exchanges not renewed since package not active (not reflected in log) - January 2, 2025: Added $13.00 to your account. Account Balance: $46.75 - January 2, 2025: Activated Package 11 for 1 month. 5 days of Emergency Activation removed. Account Balance: $0.75. Hi John I am looking to plot the expected range, expected high and expected low automatically. I have a number of questions. I have done a version of this using the vix futures for calculating the expected daily, weekly and monthly range for the ES by using a spreadsheet study but I would like to do this accross a number of products. Here are the issues I am facing. 1. How do I create a spreadsheet study for each individual product. - When I go to create the spreadsheet study on the second product the info from the ES spreadsheet study is populating. 2. Is there a way to only have certain studies populate in the spreadsheet study rather than all the studies in the chart? For example I only care to see the prior day, week, and month close for the vix and only the prior day week and month close for the ES but all the studies in the chart are populating. 3. Is there a way to get option volitility information linked into SC? The reason I ask is i have also begun trading 6E and CL and from what i am aware of there is no VIX for these products...and quite frankly the options on the unerlying is more relevant than the a volatility index such as VIX. Thanks for the help in advance, Mike |
