No Data - No [M] on SC Real Time Data Feed for Globex and Nymex

Hello Support Team,

since monday, 09/01/2014 we do not see the [M] on Globex-Futures (EUR-201409-GLOBEX and CL-201410-NYMEX) under Interactive Brokers and Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. Starting today we do not receive data for those instruments on one of our SC installations.
No SC- or Data-Settings have been changed through us between 08/29/2014 (correct data and [M] and 09/01/2014 (no [M] and no data since today) - neither on Sierra Chart platform nor on IB-Account or TWS.

We are receiving EUREX data properly, charts showing [M].

What is going wrong? Asking for advice how to receive correct data and [M]?

Hello Support Team,

on further investigating with IB we figured out the problem seems to arise on IB side. Some glitches in their handling data differently on live accounts vs. paper accounts and glitches in TWS. Problem does NOT come up on our LIVE-Accounts, but on our PAPER-Accounts (on testing some strategies) and is NOT directly caused by Sierra Chart Data Feed or SC-platform.

As long as you connect to your TWS live account from Sierra Chart you can then switch to the paper trading account in that same instance of Sierra Chart during the same month and you should be able to get the Sierra Chart data feed.

If you want this to work, restart Sierra Chart, connect to your live account, disconnect and then connect to the paper trading account.

Open one chart that uses a CME symbol and then post a complete copy of the message log.
