Hello Support Team, since monday, 09/01/2014 we do not see the [M] on Globex-Futures (EUR-201409-GLOBEX and CL-201410-NYMEX) under Interactive Brokers and Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. Starting today we do not receive data for those instruments on one of our SC installations. No SC- or Data-Settings have been changed through us between 08/29/2014 (correct data and [M] and 09/01/2014 (no [M] and no data since today) - neither on Sierra Chart platform nor on IB-Account or TWS. We are receiving EUREX data properly, charts showing [M]. What is going wrong? Asking for advice how to receive correct data and [M]? Here is a sample of this mornings message log.
