As long as you connect to your TWS live account from Sierra Chart you can then switch to the paper trading account in that same instance of Sierra Chart during the same month and you should be able to get the Sierra Chart data feed. If you want this to work, restart Sierra Chart, connect to your live account, disconnect and then connect to the paper trading account.
