Is there insufficient funds or sth different going on?

NQ. The market was open. The chart updates when I click delete and download all data but once it‘s updated it stops again

Go to the chart and select Window >> Current Quote Window. Do you see price and volume updates there?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

We do see you are using one computer.

Update all of your installations of Sierra Chart following these instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

That should resolve the problem, if not let us know and we will give you the next step. But the next step would be to make sure you do not have more than two or three instances of Sierra Chart using the Denali Data Feed on the same computer.

To do that, set this to No for the other instances:

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No. If you have changed this setting, then reconnect to the data feed after by selecting 'File >> Reconnect".

still the same problem .. i have two instances, I updated both instances, I think one is running with Denali, the other one with Interactive Brokers. Here is the latest message log but i think it still says im using two devices ;/

I set for the first instance „allow support for Sierra chart data feeds“ to no as well and now it seems to be working. Im running bookmap and rithmic in parallel and the data seems to be in real time. Can you tell me what’s going on? What does it do when I set the „allow support“ to no? Do i receive the data from interactive brokers now? And why is it working now? I’m just not sure if it’s working normal right now or not

Two instances only, one for IB which I only use to log into once a month to stay qualified for the discounted data price .. and the other that I use for trading that runs with Denali.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times but it doesn’t do anything, meaning I’m not getting live data for my main Denali instance. After all, I only have two instances so it shouldn’t even be a problem.

What I don’t get is when you see I’m using one computer only, why to I keep getting the message that I’m using two devices? Is there anything else we could try? Like shutting down my license and reloading my charts in a new license/ instance?
