Two instances only, one for IB which I only use to log into once a month to stay qualified for the discounted data price .. and the other that I use for trading that runs with Denali.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times but it doesn’t do anything, meaning I’m not getting live data for my main Denali instance. After all, I only have two instances so it shouldn’t even be a problem.

What I don’t get is when you see I’m using one computer only, why to I keep getting the message that I’m using two devices? Is there anything else we could try? Like shutting down my license and reloading my charts in a new license/ instance?
